Zalata

 

Ingredients:

 

  • 1 cup chopped  cucumber

  • 1 cup chopped white onion

  • 1 cup chopped tomato

  • 2 tbs fresh chopped parsley

  • 1/4 cup fresh chopped mint

  • 1 tbs minced garlic

  • 1/3 cup lemon juice

  • 1/3 tsp salt

 

Directions:

 

In a large bowl mix up all of the ingredients right before serving
